1. Refund Guarantee

100% refund if your order is not delivered
30-day refill guarantee for followers/likes services
Wallet refunds processed within 24 hours

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refund if the order has not started within 24 hours
Partial refund for partially completed orders
Full refund if the service is not delivered as described

3. Refund Methods

Wallet Credit (Default): Instant refund to your SHERRY FOLLOWERS account wallet
Cash Refund: Available only for amounts PKR 20,000 or more, with a 6% processing fee

4. How to Request a Refund

Provide your Order ID, screenshots (if applicable), and preferred refund method
Our support team responds within 24 hours
Refunds processed within 1–3 business days after verification

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Orders successfully delivered as described
Delays caused by social media platform algorithm changes
Account suspension by the platform
User mistakes when placing orders
